The hotel was spacious, with quality furniture and classical artwork, a comfortable bed, and good amenities, making it a great choice for my stay in Melbourne. The service, especially from Francis, was exceptional and quick in addressing any room issues. The location, despite some uninviting aspects like mold, was conveniently close to shopping centers and public transport. The dining experience was excellent but limited, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service provided by the receptionist, particularly Francis, was wonderful. However, there were some issues with the dining options being limited and under supplied. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price paid.
